Our land acquisition and disposal service operates throughout Worcestershire and surrounding counties. We are able to offer clients an in depth service which provides land valuation, planning status, pre-planning advice and the type of development which is likely to gain planning permission.

Many sites which Land Associates offer are off market and are only available on a strictly confidential basis. The type of sites available vary from Greenbelt strategic areas, Brownfield which have been identified by the Local Plan for development and sites being sold with the benefit of or subject to planning permission.

For our selling clients by undertaking in depth feasibility studies, we are able to advise as to the value of the site, the development potential and the likelihood of planning permission being forthcoming. Where appropriate we will work closely with architects and planners to deliver schemes that will release the best land values from the marketplace.
